Road Trip!


All our bags are packed and we're ready to go...
Taking a road trip back to Wisconsin, to be with
family and friends over the 4th of July!
(we haven't driven back "home" in over 20 years...)

Katie... are we getting too old for this?

    Have a GREAT time!!! Sadly we've had to give up road trips - now we take 'flying trips' but these days that's not much more comfortable *smile*.

      We haven't ventured that "far" (we drove over 2,000 miles in our Subaru) in a long, long time. It was memorable!

      Ahhhh, the weather WAS "perfect"; in the low 70's and always a nice breeze. My sister lives on a lake, so time spent there with family was a bonus! We were able to enjoy the Mitchell Park Domes and Boerner Botanical Gardens one day with Katie's brothers... remarkable floral show! Yup... memories galore!
