Sugaring Snow... in South Jersey?

Back in Vermont... they refer to this as "sugaring snow!"
Cold nights and warm days encourages the sap to flow!
Our friends back there in Addison County,
have been in the woods, boiling for a week now...
making gallons and gallons of "Vermont Gold!"
(Anyone for a short-stack of pancakes?)

Here in South Jersey... we refer to it as simply... "snow!"

    1. Tell me Jan... is that a guarantee? (the whole "last bit of winter"?) I will miss the snow; it doesn't stay around very long here in South Jersey. Temps this next week in the low 70's!

  2. Yum sounds good! We had a short snow yesterday also. I'm hoping for some sun today.
