All of his limbs are sewn and ready to stuff...
His skinny little torso too!
(even his wee ears are sewn and turned)
I ended up hand-sewing his wool felt foot pads on... Ugh!
I also decided mid-stream to take 3/4-of-an-inch off each side
of his torso, (after it was already sewn and turned!)
in order to give him a bit more of an elongated form and look.
Next? sculpt and insert his paper clay head!
Can't wait to see his face. :~)
ReplyDeleteAfter my second attempt... he has a face!
DeleteHe is looking wonderful and like Jan I can't wait to see his face! Deb xo
ReplyDeleteHis face is in place... though a bit "frightful" at the moment!
DeleteHe'll be a great reminder of the Blizzard of 2016. Even we are covered with snow -- in North Carolina. But the sun is out today and the snow is beautiful and all is right with my world.
ReplyDeleteWe ended up with 15 or 16 inches on the ground... far less than surrounding communities. It is sunny here today and the new fallen snow is slowly melting!
